1: A personal login is required to access restricted material. All ETSF members as of July 2008 have accounts in the name ‘[Surname][initial letter of first name’ (e.g. ‘GodbyR’). When logging in for the first time, request a password from the login page. If you do not have an account, please register, preferably using the same pattern for your user name as just described, and contact Tony Patman to be granted further permissions.
