ETSF Call for Proposals, Deadline: 18 September 2014
The next deadline for submission of proposals is 17:00 Brussels time, Thursday 18 September 2014. For a more detailed explanation of the work of the ETSF, see a few striking examples as well as an overview following four areas of research, corresponding to 0-dimensional, 1-dimensional, 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional systems.
Would you like a specific simulation? Would you like dedicated developments of theory or codes? The ETSF can help. Please read the information about submitting a proposal before you proceed to submit.
Proposers are strongly encouraged to discuss their project with an ETSF scientist prior to submission of their proposal. If you are not already in contact with an ETSF scientist, please submit a consultancy proposal or contact one of the ETSF Beamline coordinators.
All submitted proposals will be directed towards the most relevant ETSF Research Team with regard to the demand. Proposals are evaluated according to scientific excellence, feasibility and available resources within ETSF Teams. Response letters are sent to proposers two months after the deadline.
Do you need dedicated training? You may submit a training proposal at any time. It will be evaluated by an internal panel within two weeks. Response letters will be sent to proposers three weeks after submission. Please read the information about submitting a proposal before you proceed to submit.
