Confidentiality

Submission phase

Submitted proposals are accessible only to ETSF Steering Committee members. They are required to maintain confidential and secure all proprietary information belonging to the applicant. The SC members are required not to disclose such information to third parties, under any circumstances.

Evaluation phase

Experts of the external and internal panels sign a declaration of confidentiality before beginning their work. Confidentiality rules must be adhered to at all times, before, during and after the evaluation.

Working phase

Confidentiality holds also on the working phase, involving now the ETSF scientists too. If necessary, a contract will be signed with the user, dealing with confidentiality and intellectual property rights.
