Changes to website, reflecting new ETSF Restructuring

These pages are intended to replace other pages on the ETSF's public website. Each item in the table of contents links to a new page which will eventually replace the old page. The URL of the page which will be replaced may be found in the first comment of each page.

Until an agreement has been reached that these pages be made public, only certain people within the ETSF have access to these pages. If you have any suggestions for changes to the text on the pages which follow, please make a comment, do not edit the pages directly.

There are a few pages where only small changes need to be made to reflect the ETSF's restructuring. These pages are all listed under "Small changes".

NOTE: within these pages (and other pages on the ETSF websites), many links will need to be updated, and new links will need to be added. These links will be updated last (just before the pages go public). Images will also not be updated immediately. I find it confusing to put all four items under "Structure" at the same level because the Steering Committee is part of Nanoquanta Research Network and the Management Board is part of User Infrastructure. I would find it more logical to have Steering Committee under Nanoquanta Research Network and Management Board under User Infrastructure. So I suggest to have two items:
- Nanoquanta Research Network
- User Infrastructure
On top of this, could we add a third item that would explain the link between the two, how they interact, what makes it only one ETSF and not two different entities?

For clarification: The levels that are found on this page are the current levels in the menu (but only the pages that require major changes).

It makes complete sense to have two main menu items: NQ and User Infrastructure, each with a subheading (SC and Management Board, respectively), as Gaelle suggested.

AS for how the two sides interact, I do not know enough about how they interact, so have no content for such a page. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know and I will create another page.
